Information Requests: You may request information about clinical trials without enrolling. You will be asked to provide your name, address, email, phone number in which you are interested. You can also request information from Startup Australia; we may ask for your contact information and other information that will help us assist you. Some information is required while other information may be submitted at your option.

Special Events, Promotions, Surveys and Communications: In addition, we may collect your Personal Information at other times, including, but not limited to, when you answer a voluntary survey, when you enter a voluntary sweepstakes, contest or promotion sponsored by Startup Australia, and when you report a problem with one of our sites or services. If you contact Startup Australia, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

References: When you refer a friend or family member, Startup Australia may collect the information you provide about that person such as his name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Non-Personal Information

Startup Australia also collects information that does not personally identify you when you access our services, visit our website, or use our mobile app. We may automatically receive and record information from your computer, mobile device, or other device you use to access our services, on our server logs. If we do combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information as long as it remains combined.

When you receive emails from us, we may place a one-pixel gif in the email to determine whether or not readers viewed the email, if your computer or cellular phone supports this technology. This process does not leave any information on your computer, nor does it collect information from your computer or device. If you don’t want to receive emails from us you can uncheck the options available in your account and/or contact us at [email protected]. Please keep in mind that certain emails regarding your account status will remain being sent to your email, unless you cancel your account.
