We are a company designed to solve the problem of finding Uni student specific problems. Finding rental properties, finding new roommates, finding the cheapest groceries, student deals, textbooks and more! Presented as a quasi-social network/blog/bulletin site. Students can sign up, participate in social groups, participate in local deals, get tutor help, catch up with the latest news, post your good finds for deals, and more.

The Creators of Halpr:
Thomas Butler (Lead programmer)
He is a 2nd year software engineering student at the University of Canberra with a strong passion for backend development. He finds opening numerous tabs for one problem a big hassle! So he has joined the team at Halpr to develop a place to cater for many of canberra student’s problems.
One sentence to sum up Thomas: ” I am a pretty cool guy.”
Mitchell Smith (Co-lead prgrammer)
He is also a 2nd year software engineering student at the University of Canberra and enjoys backend developing in his spare time. He often finds himself broke and in need for a place with good bargains. Don’t worry he is not going to provide budgeting advices, he will be working in collaboration with Thomas to create a one stop student hub.

April Louise (Graphic Designer)
She is 3rd year Graphic design student at the University of Canberra. She has a passion for colours and loves fingerpainting, who finds herself out of the loop and need someone to spoonfeed her information! She will bring to Halpr a unique, simple and student friendly site so there is no hassle of finding information!
Cuiying Yao (Public Relations officer)
She is a 2nd year commerce student at the Australian National University who has an interest in anything business related. She finds herself lost in Canberra not knowing the transport options available, so she identifies problems that exists for Canberra students and help them solve it on Halpr.
